Clearly, an introduction and personnel training is needed to operate this system. This will be provided by a Post-Doc or Senior Post-Doc in Vienna, or at the customer’s site. Then the needed background information is provided as well and the source can be used more effectively.

Additionally, only the training guarantees the needed understanding of the system important for the support from our side by emails and telephone calls. If problems occur at the systems, we would offer a 2-years support for the overall system if it is operated by trained persons. In the case of the change of responsible operators, we can offer additional trainings.

[Vienna] Training in Vienna:

• Up to five visitors sent from the customer to Vienna can pass a 3-days training course. All travel expenses needs to be covered from the customer.

[City] On-site training at customer:

• It is possible to do the training from a Post-Doc or Senior Post-Doc at the site of the customer. Additionally, a typical seminar-like scientific talk for broader audience can be given. The price does NOT include travel costs. All expenses must be covered by the customer as well.

[No] No training:

• Only for very advanced customers with optical labs we can recommend this option.
