This software package covers several functionalities that are required in order to carry out QKD fully automated. This building block will do:

• Sifting
• Error correction
• Privacy amplification
• Authentication
• Interface to a Quantum Network

Between the different protocol steps there are well defined interfaces where the user can implement own solutions.

[Net] Quantum Network-Software:

• In order to combine several QKD-links to a network dedicated software for routing, load-balancing, network management, etc. is necessary. Currently we are about to develop this software and can offer it in 2009.

[No] No link-based software needed.
