UWEDAT - IMI-CAN

IMI-CAN is an intelligent measuring device interface with a CAN field bus. It digitises analogue measuring values and transmits them via CAN to the site computer UWEDAT LAN.

• Highest precision (24 bit resolution, automatic calibration, temperature compensation)
• Simple installation - up to 16 IMI CANs can be cascaded with normal USB cables, no power supply is necessary as the power is supplied by the USB cables
• Collection of the electrical signals:

  • 3x current (-24 to +24 mA)
  • 3x voltage (-10 to +10 V) or resistance
  • 2x meter (frequency, impulse, duty cycle)
  • 8 bit error status, 8 bit device status, 8 bit device ID
• Bayern Hessen via RS232
• All channels for data collection run simultaneously
