The increasing need to care for aging people in the society brings new challenges on any national health infrastructure. Using modern ICT solutions can contribute to ensure the optimal care of elderly people in their used living environments.

Our research on AAL is concerned with questions regarding prevention, optimized care in case of illness, as well as with increasing the personal safety in case of accidents (fall, etc.).
